Terms and Conditions:
1.
Tariff include of design and development of the advertisement banner
as per client's data and images/logo. Images/logo
must be supplied in soft illustrated format.
2.
Client will keep the ad. for maximum one year at the same rate from
the time of upload.
3.
Ad. Banner must be hyperlinked with the client's web site/
information pages.
4.
Ad. Banner is not transferred or relocated within the contract
period.
5.
Client can change the contents of the ad. for maximum 3 times a
year. After that Tk. 10,000.00 will be added for each
modification of the contents.
6.
Rates are inclusive of Govt. Tax and VAT.
7.
Payment terms: 50% with work order, rest 50% within 03 days of final
uploading of the advertisement
8.
Payment method: Account cheque in favor of "Bangladesh
Parjatan Corporation".
